Hi,
I have been charged £18 extra this month for calling a mobile phone from my landline. I am very confused as I have Anytime Landline and Mobile Unlimited. Can anyone explain why I've been charged extra for calling a mobile?

I would suggest to speak to Vodafone Customer Services via Contact Us and or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they can access your Account to clarify what the Terms of your Contract are in regards to calls and then look into the charges you feel shouldn't be there.
Terms are listed in Anytime Landline and Mobile Unlimited.
Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum.
