Thanks for sending those links over @kmfife Both of them appear to be working fine for me. I've loaded them both on a laptop and a mobile and I can reach the LiveChat team. Can you try the following troubleshooting for me please:

- Clear cache and cookies

- Try a new browser

- Try a different device
