Transferring your old landline telephone from cooper to full fibre

Just to let people know I am having trouble transferring my landline phone to full fibre got it activated today 12th April but sadly I couldn’t get to ring but I came across a Virgin Media Community website post and read this. Simply take your phone adapter that plugs into your Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub or the new Vodafone Wi-Fi 6E Hub and connect your ADSL Micro Filter then connect your phone into the micro-filter then both micro filter plug and phone adapter together into your Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub or Wi-Fi 6E router then it should ring.

Glad you found the solution to your problem.

It has been mentioned in many threads on here, such as this one: Landline phone works... but won't ring - Community home (vodafone.co.uk) or this: Landline phones which work with router model THG30... - Community home (vodafone.co.uk)

However the more posts mention it, the more likely it is to be found.

Did Vodafone supply a "VoIP adapter?
