I have managed to successfully log in to My Vodafone account there I have two accounts:
1] for Broadband
2] for Landline

To log-in you need
- your registered e-mail address
- your password
- registered mobile number (they send me Security Code to my mobile, as I always connect via VPN)
- registered PIN (have been ask for it before, when logging in)
Then you will be asked which account you want to log in (assuming you only have BB+Landline) from them choose "Type" - Landline
Then I clicked on "Add Extras" that has taken me to "Services and extras" menu and then click "Calling options" at the bottom there is Voicemail option with:
- Voicemail Standard - toggle On/Off
- Voicemail Plus - toggle On/Off

Just wonder if you have the Vodafone app (I prefer web interface via web browser instead of apps that have
access to all sorts of things on the mobile phone) if there is the same option there?
Or it is only available via My Vodafone on their website?
Any here that can check?

I have the My Vodafone app, and it has an option to "Manage Bars and Extras", but this is what I get when I select it:
Typical Vodafone, don't know if it will work for anyone else.
