4G Mobile Hotspot

Hello.

Regarding the mobile hotspot devices like the R219

Does it require a separate SIM ?

I assume a Sky Q box will just connect to it over WiFi?

With the 5G version of the device, does that just drop back to 4G if there is no 5G signal?

Hi @AlanBourke Yes your mobile router will require a SIM to connect to our network. If there is no 5G service in the area this is being used, it will connect using a 4G connection. The same way as a mobile phone does. Once you're connected to our network and your Shy Q box has been registered, this should automatically connect to the WiFi service as normal.
