Has the problem been solved about playing multilayer games online ? 

As I'm getting strict nat type on xbox series x

I can't play multilayer games online, like COD, because the NAT type is strict. 

I have enabled UPnP on my mini box settings, but I can't change the NAT settings or access the advanced settings

Thank you for the info, I've managed to speak to your tech department, and unfortunately you can't play multilayer games with, a mobile broadband account, as it doesn't have a static IP address.
