Hello.
I've just bought a R219h mobile broadband device. I cannot figure out how to register it to get it onto the network. Package is unlimited max on 1 month contract
Apparently I need a 11-digit broadband number to activate, but when I go into Advanced > System > Device Information, it says 'My number: Unknown'!
Several attempts to connect to the internet result in 'Registration failed'.
PS Network says 'Registration is denied'.
Also, when I log in to 'My vodafone' and try to go to 'Account Summary' I just see "We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later. - [Error ref 1w0]"
That chat bot won't let me speak to a human either.
I cannot contact customer services because you need to know your device number, and that is what I am struggling to find out!
Anyone any advise?

If this is pay monthly to access the internet you will need the correct APN settings, this link will give the information
also further information here: Getting Started
Also see device guides here: Vodafone R219
To find your number, this should be on the mobile connect software, if you have a phone you can put the SIM in a phone and dial *#100# send to bring up the number.

hi there,
It's now active thank you. I did update the APN settings and I also rang up the sales team who then put me through to a very helpful lady who explained there was a back office issue. Apparently my order was still 'open' so some manual intervention was required to change that status. This morning I turned on the device, and it has connected straight away! result!
For further information, I think I know why I had an 'open' order. When I first tried ordering from the website, my intention was to click & collect. However, after entering direct debit details, the site went white and a load of javascript errors popped up (relating to a React JS component error - I'm a software dev so recognised what these errors were). I tried this 3 times, before I changed to have the device delivered instead which worked fine. I think issues placing the order on the site may have caused the initial problem.
