Gigacube NAT type Xbox One

I just got the new 5G gigacube in London and have been getting speeds of ~300 mbps which is great. However, I can't play any games online on my xbox as the gigacube has its NAT type set to strict and also doesn't use an IPv6 connection with the xbox despite using them for other devices.

I confirmed with Xbox that this is a vodafone issue. Vodafone claim the 5G gigacube is a perfect home broadband replacement and perfect for online gaming - this is clearly a lie as no one from tech support has been able to solve my issue so far. Is this something which will be getting fixed soon?!

Also seeing same issues with Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X. Can a Vodafone Admin update on this issue please?
