Vodafone router cannot sign in/Login , it disconnected network but it connected

Good Day all
I Have a Vodafone Router R208/R216
I have been trying to connect it to work with my MTN sim card I have reset it like 10 times it says it disconnected off the network

please find the attached screenshots below and see what it says and please assist me on how to log/Authorize to work and use my MTN Data.
Pictures are numbered according to how it starts.

Hi i bought a vodafone router R218h.

From a retail store im under no plan, im using it with an MTN simcard and it says disconnected on network status, it requires me to sign in even after i hv put in my credintials.
