Hello.
Regarding the Vodafone 4g mobile hotspot model R228t. Do i need a sim card in it in order to connect to the internet with my devices on it? I am already paying for unlimited data on the plan, so i am confused if i need to pay for a sim as well?

You won't need an additional SIM @ezzlol , you simply unbox the device and enjoy using Vodafone.

ah right, i was still a little confused as my devices don't seem to be able to access the internet. They say that they are connected, but it just doesn't seem to work for some reason

Make sure you have a 4G signal connection @ezzlol. you can check the signal for the location from the Coverage Checker at the top of the page.

It says that the 4g connection in my area is good indoors and outdoors, but its still not working. It says my laptop is connected, but it doesnt seem to be letting me use my web browser. When its connected to my phone, it justv says its connected, but there is no internet access

There doesn't seem to be a lot of information from Vodafone on getting started with your device @ezzlol
I have been looking at Vodafone device guides to try and find some help for you and the closest I could find was the R216. Take a look at connectivity here R216 Connect to the Internet
