4G not working in spain

4G not working although it shows good reception and 4G icon on phone there.

This is a UK phone  package and the problem is when I am in Spain.

Hi @carolla 

If you  are using Vodafone  ES you shouldn't have  any problems.  If this is only when roaming on Spain it points to your account.   Speak to the Social Team here Contact Us  and they will help.

I have tried to contact live chat as I dont have facebook or twitter but not able to contact live chat as well!!

Please advise . I am desperate, going around in circles!

Is it possible the Spanish network is experiencing issues @carolla 

Can you choose another network and then re choose the one you normally use.
