The data is appalling in the town centre, hard to do anything at all especially in Kings Road area. O2 works no problem but Vodafone seems to have died a death.

Hey @Occasional, I'm sorry to see you're receiving issues connecting to our network. Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps advised in our Network FAQ's?

Yes of course thank you, the network is a disaster, even with 4G it wouldn’t load anything in the Town Centre, outside town Vodafone is now terrible, like I mentioned we pay a fortune for data but we are getting little to no data service yet you do nothing about it and it all began when you turned off 3G without adding any other transmitters. I think you may be misleading us. Either your network gets markedly better or we all walk and go to O2.

When you come through, could you also please provide 3 speed test screenshots over the course of 24 hours. You can use speedtest.net to do your tests.

I do not use facebook or x, your engineers on the ground must know how poor the service is now, further to this I work with someone who was a manager in one of your shops and they had an antenna hidden in the shop that gave customers the impression the network was amazing, pure con.
