Does the vodaphone cellular network block ports in 4502–4534 range on a tcp link to a server

We have an IOT device that uses a Telit 4G cellular modem, to connect via tcp to a server to send data to the server.
Other network carrier sims work fine i.e. EE and o2, but  when using the Vodafone cellular  network,  the data apparently does not reach the server.
