1) The issue goes soon as I leave my area, but given I am working from home it's happening pretty much all the time.
2) IG3 8DN
3) Issue happens on 2 other phones, dad is having the same issue also on Voda.
4) Inbound calls straight to voicemail, can't dial out all the time, when I do connect person on the other end can't hear me properly, I can't hear the other person properly, data speed is around 300-500kb a second, max 2 bars of reception out of 4 - usually 1, phone loses network completely then regains it. Happens in all handsets tried.
5) Happens on all data connection types
6) 8 weeks ago, I put it down to having scaffolding up on my house which once removed didn't make a difference.
7) Issue is permanent.
I have spoken to multiple agents who made me troubleshoot 20 different things with no success. I was informed there was network maintenance going on in my area (there wasn't) and it will be rectified by the 11th of Dec (it wasn't).
I need my phone for work so I said I need to terminate my contract and move elsewhere as I cannot function without a working phone. Was told I have to pay an early cancellation charge which is ridiculous.
Contacted support via Twitter, no response but they're responding to others.

I live in IG3 too and have the exact same problem. I walk along Meads Lane doing the school run and am unable to use mobile data / voice calls drop. I have 2 different iPhones and Vodafone / VOXI SIMs.
This problem has been going on ever since they’ve enabled 5G and I get between 1-2 bars of 4G even when outdoors. I think I know the main cause of the issue. I’m in the middle between to mobile masts, ones located at Goodmayes / Barley Lane and the other on top of the flats near A12 / Newbury Park Station.
If I walk up the road towards High Road Aldi, my signal improves and I have no issues.
When are Vodafone going to acknowledge there’s an issue as I’m tired troubleshooting 2x iPhone devices which are not faulty / incorrectly setup.
What does Vodafone expect me to do if they can’t fix it, move house so I’m closer to the mast? If I’m right under it, I get blistering fast download speeds on full signal strength 🥲

Hello,
I am also located in the IG3 off Goodmayes Lane. Indoor reception is 0 bars or 1 at most. I need to go towards Goodmayes lane to get decent phone signal. I use vodafone/voxi for both personal and work use and I am missing so many calls and cant work efficiently from home! been like this for past 7 months since i moved in.
I have contacted customer support who keep saying they have completed maintenance works and still same issue. I really want a resolution and if it wont improve then let customers know so i can switch networks (other networks also have same problems).
When will Vodafone install masts to improve signal? Had i known this was a problem then I would of not purchased a house in this location

Just move to EE. No need to move house!
