Mobile network slow

I have a iPhone 15 download speed over 50mb. 
having trouble connecting to most apps over mobile network, but working fine over WiFi is there a fix for this getting very annoying.

Does the issue occur in one area or everywhere you go ?

Can you try your sim card in another phone  ?

It’s one app in particular that doesn’t work with the mobile network for some reason but works fine over WiFi is there something I can forward adjust any settings thank you
