My small business website is being blocked for Vodafone users - why?

Last month I launched a website https://www.homeplatecardsuk.com

Ever since launch, Vodafone mobile users (and Voxi users) have complained that they cannot access the website as it flags as "age-restricted content". This is bizarre as there is nothing 18+ on the site and we don't have this issue with any other network.

Can this be looked into please and the age restriction removed as this is losing me customers.
