1) Does the issue happen in just one location? Mostly
If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? 10 minutes from my house
2) What is the full postcode - added to profile already
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes, Have tried 4 different handsets with the same outcome.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Slow or no data, single or no bars on reception, poor SMS connectivity - SMS OTP's or 2FA messages don't come through
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? Seems worse on 4G/5G
6) When did you first notice this issue? When I switched to Vodafone 15th October
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Consistent

Interesting, I subscribed to the network alerts and get nothing.
Network Performance is still rubbish though.

hey all, so someone I know made this really useful site. https://mastdatabase.co.uk/maps/streetworks/ you can filter the networks you want it to show you, and it will show you any planned maintenance for the area, so hopefully this might help some of you?

So, I spoke to someone from vodafone on the phone last night and he said there were works in tw149bn going on which he registered me for, I got a notification 2 hours later saying they had been completed, the works on tw134aa were completed yesterday morning, and he said there is a mast near snaky lane that's having work done on it until either the 27th or 28th, so hopefully we'll see a difference in coverage. No one seems to know what's going on with the mast by Hanworth trading estate though. I'm off back to the families this afternoon, so i'll be interested to see if there's any improvement with calls.

Still seeing no improvement at Hampton Hill area, indoors or out.
This is the best I can get, as long as I stand in the garden!

I have seen no improvement in Hampton Hill High St, the data constantly stops working still in a large area all the way down to Church St

If the works completed and you're not seeing an improvement in your service @Derek_H & @a_ukboy, we'll need to take a look into this for you. So we can do this, please reach out to us via one of our social media channels.

Can't speak for a_Ukboy, but I've tried the social media channels with no resolution

I don't know if all the masts are shared by the networks on Hampton Hill highstreet, but putting in TW12 1NN on the EE website says they are having issues, so that could possibly be affecting vodafone? O2 says there are no issues, same with vodafone, but Three's status checker says there are issues as well.

hey all, so I rang through to technical support for you guys and spoke to someone, and I just think they're trying to fob us off now to get us off the phones lol. she said with the whole tw12 area, she said zoom out on the map twice, and you'll see a whole mast is down for the whole tw12 area, and apparently works aren't due to be completed until January 31st. I've never ever found Vodafone good round the Hampton Hill area though, you go inside anywhere and you're stuck on 3g, which isn't good as it's being switched off this year!

I'm disappointed to here our social media team were unable to assist you @Derek_H, as we do have a number of mobile network experts in the team and these kind of issues can be easily passed to one of these to allow us to offer the best help and advice with any network issues. I'd suggest reaching out to them again and request a little more help with this.
As are all the major UK networks, we are retiring our 3G network at the end on this year, you can find more information about this, along with some help and FAQ's online.
