2nd report of slowness of throughput in cell 568084 this time the data was collected in the same 24hr window. Snapshots 1, 2 and 4 are Larges Bridge Drive snapshots 3 it outside the Mcdonalds. Speed data and GPS data is included. 568084 also includes the town area in front of the Vodafone Shop, McDonald’s and Cineworld. Data speeds and throughputs are all in general very low in this cell these results were collected on a Sunday if it’s a busy Saturday speeds are worse

Hi Vodafone,
Have you managed to raise a ticket from the above information as you promised me in my first report?
I have just been on a visit to the town which is served by cell site area 568084. It were that slow that I were unable to even iMessage contacts. Snap shots of speed test showing GPS to follow.
