I have been using this Vodafone number in London for over a year. I am currently on a trip in Edinburgh and all of a sudden, there’s no service on my phone. I can’t call, text messages, or use internet indoor or outdoor. I can’t regain service since several hours ago.
This has caused tremendous problem for me as I am on a trip, and without service, I cannot call or text anyone. Absolutely no way to google things. Extremely troublesome.
The full postcode of where the issue occurs is EH1 1QG.
Tried the SIM card on a different phone and still no service.
I wasn’t using my phone when the issue occurred. But when I picked up my phone, I noticed there’s no service on all 2G 3G 4G and 5G.
I first noticed this issue at about 4pm on June 14.
So far, the issue seems permanent as I didn’t regain any service since I lost it. No signal at all.

In your phone look for something to General Management, Reset , Reset Network Connections.
