Our company's website blocked

akirapix

Good Morning,

like many users in this forum are complaining, our company's website has been blocked by Vodafone.

Same problem seen in forum. allot.com breaking SSL handshake through Vodafone mobile connection.

No way to have a technical conversation with Vodafone to understand, at least, why this issue is happening.

Our domain is: www.fyberloom.com

From my mobile i can clearly see this:

No need to say this is a very bad problem. Our reputation has been hit by this issue

Need a reply ASAP

Hi @akirapix - thanks for reaching out to us. I can understand how important it is to get this sorted as quickly as possible. I've entered your site onto VirusTotal and it's flagged as 'phishing'/ 'Malicious' by a few security vendors. Please get this updated and then come back to us if it's still restricted for Vodafone users.

hi,

i see VirusTotal has flagged our website. However i see no reason why.

Is there some procedure ?

I see we are marked as phishing/malware from:

bitdefender, g-data and CyRadar with no reason/explanation

So you are saying Vodafone is blocking us because those three services are incorrectly marking us a phishing?

@akirapix - you'll need to please address the 'Phishing/Malware' with the security vendors directly and then when they show as cleared, we can raise a request for the site to be reviewed from our side. Please come back to me here.

Hi,

we have been reclassified and we are no more in blacklist.

Still being blocked by Vodafone

Hi,

sorry to bother you, but I would like to ask how you got the url unblacklisted from bitdefender, g-data and CyRadar? I am currently experiencing the same false positive dilemma and I have not received any response to my emails to them.

same problem.

allot.com certificate injected in our SSL handshake

Thank you for keeping us posted @akirapix. I've double-checked VirusTotal and as you've rightly advised there are no security vendors currently flagging the URL in question as malicious.

To move forward with your concern from our side, can you please send over a screenshot of what Vodafone users see when trying to access your website?

hi,
