Hi, this message on the network checker has been there for days with no status change. Could someone provide more details?
We're aware of some network issues in SE14 6NW
There’s a problem with our mobile network in this area at the moment that may be causing issues with your service. We’re sorry if you’re experiencing any disruption, we know how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, it’s taking us a little longer than we expected to fix this issue – sorry for the delay. Rest assured, we’ll get things up and running again as soon as we can, and we’ll update this page once we have an update. Thanks for your patience. Hey @Helix3030 I hope you're well 😊 I've run a check on the mast you are connected to; Site 78757and it is currently undergoing some upgrade works and some essential hardware repairs. There is currently no further information I can give to you but if you sign up for updates on the Network Status Checker here you will be notified when there is any further news.

This particular piece of work has been ongoing since the 30th June but I can see that there has been work on and off since April @Helix3030 🙂
