Dear support,
The following domains are blocked www.kintojoin.io, login.kintojoin.io, app.kintojoin.io, and kintojoin.io. This is preventing our clients and customers from accessing the KINTO Join App.
We investigated and found that this is because of false positives from a few security vendors on VirusTotal. It's now fixed, could you remove the insecure redirect ASAP?

Hey @f_plancke When the malicious content's removed from a site, the block is removed from Secure Net. This can take a little while to complete (Usually 24 hours). As it's not happened on this occasion, I've raised a request to our Network team for this to be actioned (Ref: INC000005140982). We'll be in touch as soon as we receive confirmation from them that this has been completed.

We have a similar issue with Vodafone Italy, should we create a ticket on their CC or is it global?

Hi @f_plancke I've checked the case and we haven't had update yet. Ideally you should raise it Vodafone Italy, but I can send it over to our Network team to see they can reach our their Italian counterpart. Do you have a screenshot of the error your getting with Vodafone Italy?

Hello, @f_plancke. I've checked the case for you this morning, and we've received confirmation that the site has been reclassified, meaning the malware tag has now been removed. They've also completed testing with Secure Net and it shows that the access to the site is no longer blocked.

I confirm it's now ok on Vodafone UK.
Is there a chance to get the same from Vodafone Italy ?

Thanks for letting me know, @f_plancke. I've requested that the website be reclassified with Vodafone Italy too, and we'll let you know once there's an update on this.
