Very slow 4g

My phone has had super slow 4g for over a week. At home. Outside in North Manchester, south Manchester and university area, north mcr is the worst. Slow to load or doesn't load at all. On Voxi. Iphone 7+

Wider area has 'good' connection for 4g 

The settings are already like that. I checked that after I updated. 4g Still is very slow, or not at all.
