Hi,
For the last few months I am struggling with mobile data around my neighbourhood in North London (N19). The connection is either very slow or dropping, in particular when using data. I have called customer service, reset my network settings, was given a new SIM, tried a new phone but I am having the same unreliable network. Any ideas?

@MAW0101 The traditional convention in text based bulletin boards and forums is that capital texts is understood to be SHOUTING.
PS. There are apps available that will give you technical information that might help you get your problem resolved a lot better than your current approach.

Im certainly not putting any hope in this community
Im just giving my honest experience of using Vodafone in the UK, its not my fault that its a terrible one.
