Vodafone is blocking my website even it is secured with verified SSl

Hi,

Recently we came to know that our customers who is using vodafone internet are unable to access our site which throws error says "Your connection is not private".

Our site is working fine on all other networks and broadband except many vodafone users. This really hurts our business and we need it fixed please.

Hi @srandall Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience! Our Network Team have confirmed that we aren't blocking your website. We've been able to access it from our mobile devices and through a SecureNet enabled phone too. So we can look into this further, please can you pop over a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

Hi ok - thanks - the site does get daily malware checks - and i checked that - its clean but i will falg it with hosts and see what they say.

Hi Lucy, we're also seeing the same issue on our website that uses a wildcard SSL certificate. Who can I email to have the website reclassified? hospital guatemala

Hi @jhon123. We understand how concerning this must be. To make sure that we're on the same page, is the URL in question being blocked by Vodafone Secure Net or Vodafone Content Controls? If you have a screenshot of the error message Vodafone users are getting, that would be great.
