Website blocked by SecureNet

Hi there,

Our e-commerce website is being blocked by SecureNet and I can't seem to get an answer as to why.  It's a sports retail site, hosted on Shopify & all SSL certificates etc. are valid.

I've seen on previous posts that this can be investigated and a case raised to look into why this is happening.  Unfortunately I can't seem to get in touch with anyone over the phone or live chat to help with this.

Hi @rideparcours, thanks for your post, this is something that we can take a look at. Can you please provide us with the web address? Are the users just having trouble on mobile data with SecureNet, or is the website also restricted when they're using a Vodafone home broadband service?

Sure thing, it's https://www.parcours.cc/.  This is the error message that shows on mobile data although a couple of customers have also advised that it affects home broadband too.  Thanks for the reply
