My client's website is being incorrectly blocked by Securenet and it is harming their business. I have just wasted 45 minutes on the phone to Vodafone UK, who insist there is absolutely nothing they can do to review websites on the blacklist. It seems other people have had more success on here. If you are responsible for a service that blocks people's websites, please do the responsible thing and provide a proper route (like every other provider does) whereby false positives can be reported without forcing people to create accounts and post their websites on a public forum!
The website in question is https://www.bellemaisongascony.com/ and it is perfectly secure.

Hi @DavidMM I've checked your site via Virus total and several vendors are reporting is as containing Malware and malicious content. Until this is reported as clean by all vendors, we wouldn't lift the restriction.

Hi Mark, first of all thanks for your help.
I've done all the forms and communications to all vendors and almost all of them have removed the domain from their blacklists.
There are still 1 and 1 'suspicious' , both located at Vietnam, that I have requested but are still pending, though I've their automatic answer to my request. I suspect I would have to insist with that 1 pending (and 1 'suspicious') and that will late some days to be done.
Because this delay blocks our customers and Vodafone users to access legit oftalmovilaplana.com, may I ask you to lift the restriction without waiting for this one (Fortinet) to do the removal?
Thank you,

Hi @DavidMM 👋 I have raised this with the relevant team for a manual review, once we hear back from them we will be back in touch here with any result.

Hi @DavidMM Thanks so much for your patience! Our team have reviewed the case and reclassified your website. It's no longer being blocked by Vodafone in the UK.
