5G not working correctly on iPhone

Hi All,

Anywhere I am, central London, or airports, when my iPhone 13 connects to 5G, even with full signal, internet doesn't work - or works very slowly. It is impossible for me to make a whatsapp call or refresh Twitter on 5G, to the point that I had to just turn it off and just use 4G which is much more reliable.

I have another work phone, iPhone 12, also with Vodafone (corporate contract) which does the exact same thing.

I tried wiping the phone and reinstall iOS, reset network settings, nothing, 5G does not work and I can't use it.

Am I the only one?

Hi @Malo01 👋  It is certainly strange that you're experiencing this everywhere, in some areas 5G is still very new and may not be fully up to speed while it's still rolling out.
