Why Vodafone incorrectly blocking our site?

Hi there, 

Please could you tell me why Vodafone is incorrectly blocking our site?  There is nothing wrong with our site and in fact similar sites (our competitors) not being blocked.

The above tests show that our site is safe and secure with no harmful content.

Hi @SmileMakers. We understand how concerning this must be. If you're referring to Vodafone Secure Net, this protects users from viruses, malware, phishing scams and other harmful content. If you're referring to our age-restricted content control bar, this is applied to protect customers under the age of 18 from age-inappropriate content.

• Is the issue seen on broadband, mobile data or both?
• Is it Secure Net or Content Controls blocking the website?
• How many users are seeing this issue?
• What is the nature of the website in question?
