Hi everyone, I have an issue with a vodafone pocket router (Model:R219z) for some reason it detects simcards, but it won't pick up network signal, regardless of network provider https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/

It sounds like the SIM has not been activated and you may be using a PAYG SIM. If the device detects the SIM , the SIM will activate when it make a connection to the internet.

Hi @neager543, please follow the steps that @AnnS has sent over. After following the steps, if you still can't connect to the network, please let us know when you last successfully used the device with a Vodafone SIM Card and did you get the device from us directly or through a third party?
