samsung galaxy s9 wifi calling via Voxi not working

I have joined Voxi from another network on a SIM free samsung galaxy S9 however there is no wifi calling or VoLTE been displayed to say there is such service, I have made sure the options have been ticked for both WIFi Calling and VoLTE but with no luck, However i have the same issue with Virgin Mobile on a iPhone 8 what uses the Vodafone network so not sure if is an actual Vodafone or my ISP Zen?
Im with Zen Internet with fibre with a Fritzbox 7590 what they provided and i cant see any issue why it would be blocked in anyway?
