DPD Repair Issue

Phoned up on 17th March as iphone data had been playing up for a while and then text stopped working too.

Was told DPD would come in 48 hours and to turn off find my iPhone when sending back.

Phoned on 24th March as no collection and it was booked in again to be collected within 24 hours. No one came so phoned up again on 31st. Told again it would be collected within 24 hours, waited in again yesterday, but no one came.

Phoned up again and have been passed to 3 different departments now all who say you're at the wrong dept, I'll transfer you.

How can I get this rectified and ensure DPD pick up the phone to repair it?

5th agent just cut me off as I was explaining the issue

Going from past threads the recent events have affected services and lead times @Pinkylouloubell

May I ask what self help troubleshooting tips you've tried.

i.e put the sim in another phone just to make sure it's not the sim card at issue etc.

Have a word with the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter or Facebook Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll try to help.

Another avenue is to wait until an Apple Store near you opens and have their Genius Bar Technician take a look.
