I have a default account on my credit report from Vodafone.
I do not recognize this account and I have never had an account or purchased any service from Vodafone.
the account is under my name and the opening date is 04.02.2016. last time I tried to contact and resolve the issue with Vodafone I was advised to provide them with an account number which I do not have. only what I can see on my credit file. can someone please direct me to the correct department even better if any contact number can be shared.

I would suggest to speak with the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries . They have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate further for you.
Also you could add a Notice of Correction by contacting Experian.
