Hi,

I have recently checked my experian report, and to my shock I have found nearly 18 months of default payments for £15 per month. No idea what it was for, I have had never any form of communication to make me aware of this defaulted payment every month?

What can I do to remove this or at least find out what caused this default and thus my credit score issue.?

I don't know the best route to speak to someone , if it is Vodafone , where do I start?

Good afternoon essy2k

i will have no reservation in advising you to go straight to Ofcom with this issue. I have had the same issue since July and despite Vodafone admitting it is their mistake my credit score continues to plummet as the late payment markers have not been removed by Vodafone thus it continues to have a negative effect on my credit score. I have posted on this issue and made numerous calls to them and now I am going through Ofcom because Vodafone do not care!!
