Hi
i just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service that I received from Nadia in the complaints team (northern accent). Due to the pandemic I’m going through a difficult situation and not only did she allow me to take my frustrations out on her, she listened and was attentive. I truly believe she did everything in her power to assist me. We need more customer support agents like her and she definitely deserves a holiday once this is over!!
