I urgently need to contact the Vodafone credit team. I am currently trying to apply for a mortgage and an incorrectly defaulted account has appeared on my credit check.

The Credit File Specialist Team's are not customer facing @randrewellis1
However if you contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter or Facebook then they'll collate your information and pass that to the Credit File Specialist Team's to investigate.
