Was this a Cashback offer by Samsung where a person buys an eligible item and then fills out the claim form which is within 60 days of the purchase date ?

 

What have Samsung exactly said to you?

Its vodaphone who sold me the phone saying that i would get cash back after 14 days, Samsung are saying that im not illegible for the offer??

Did you take the phone contract out over the phone? Was this a trade-in deal?
