Hi i am looking for contact details for the vodafone credit team. I had a mobile phone contract opened in 2013 with vodafone which was cancelled at end of contract and hasnt been in use for several years. It appears to still be opened on my credit file and now has shown as missed payment for january and february 2021 with an outstanding balance. This has now affected my credit score and i need to get this resolved so it can be changed on my file.

Sometimes we see posts where a person has cancelled their Direct Debit too early after cancelling their contract which can leave Vodafone no means of collecting final bills and can then if they feel have exhausted means of collecting payments add a default that lasts 6 years without having to provide prior warning to the account holder.
