Please pass feedback to Vodafone store Cribbs causeway

Please, please pass on my feedback to the store of possible! I’d really like to give credit to the guy who served me today at around 6pm. He had dark hair, some facial hair and was probably in his 20s, maybe 30s. This was the BRISTOL CRIBBS CAUSEWAY store.
I have autism and came to the store pretty stressed after a bad phone all with Vodafone and was told that the person on the phone had wrongly send me into store despite the fact that I told him I was disabled and would find this challenging.
The guy in the shop was AMAZING. I wish I knew his name. He was empathetic and solved all my problems and completely restored my faith in Vodafone. Please get this passed on. I’m so grateful. Thank you

Hey @laurajasmine23 I'm sorry to hear you were wrongly advised to go into store, but from the sounds of it the team there were awesome and managed to help. I've emailed a copy of your comments on to the store manager. I'm sure he'll pass this on to the agent you spoke to 😊
