I have just rung 191 in order to get my PAC code, not because I was not satisfied with the service but purely due to work.

I spoke to a chap called Charlie, who was delightful, he was cheerful, polite, considerate and concientious, he is an absolute credit to Vodafone.  It was a pleasure dealing with him, and he dealt with my request in a most professional way.  I just want this noted, as I am guessing many of the customer service advisors so not get many pats on the back or compliments.  Big thumbs up for this guy, you should promote him or at the very least bottle his charm and charisma !
