Problems at Vodafone?

Been trying to contact 191 for the past three days, each time on hold for over an hour.

 

The live chat on the website isn't working either, on any browser.

 

What's going on?

Hi @smith_101, we're sorry that you're having an issue getting through on the phone and WebChat. Which department are you trying to reach? 

Upgrades, still not been able to get through. Got through to customer services who said only my account manager can handle my upgrades and to expect a callback within 24 hours, no-one ever rings back??
