I’m trying to redeem my 3 months Amazon prime for £1 reward and I cannot complete my subscription as it takes me to page saying Oops. Has anyone else had this issue and has it been resolved

When I asked on Facebook chat, I was told they were aware of some people having issues and they were working on it, they advised to try another browser (that didn't work for me but had apparently worked for others) or just try again in a few days.  I left it over a week and then tried yesterday evening and it finally worked.
