Device sent for repair stuck with DPD

My device was picked up a week ago by DPD for repair. The status is stuck in 'delay' and can't get any answers from either Vodafone or DPD. The phone is attached to a medical device ( Glucose Monitor) and it's causing a big problem being without it

Hello, I have been instructed to contact Vodaphone as it is blacklisting our company domain www.mids4d.co.uk . It says there is 18+ content on the website and we're not sure why. This happens with no other providers and happens both on wifi and data....
