Hello. Today I wanted to top up my account. The money from the card was written off, but they did not come into the account of the vodaphone. what to do

There can sometimes be a small delay for allowances or top up credit to show when topping up a Vodafone UK Payg SIM card. 

If its still not showing then use Live Chat or call Customer services on 191.
