Is anyone else having problems with receiving their Amazon voucher? I patiently waited for over 120 days just to read that Vodafone no longer supports the campaign and that I should reach out to the giftcloud team, whose email address is also not active?
Is this some sort of dead end for naive customers?

The voucher would have been supplied by Gift Voucher and not Vodafone. So your complaint is probably against Gift Voucher, and possibly Money Super Market. I'd start there, possibly involving Trading Standards and OFCOM if that's an option.
