Your affiliate, WeGift, say on the status page that the voucher has been emailed to me today. It has not. I have checked my spam folder as suggested.
There are several other threads here full of people with the same problem.
I have emailed uk-vodafonevouchers at awin dot com but not had a reply.
I have phoned both WeGift numbers given in the other thread -- both go to voicemail and I have not had a reply.
This is infuriating! Must I go to trading standards to have this resolved?
Please don't tell me to contact WeGift, I've already tried and it's impossible. Your affiliate manager (Cai) is featured in a YouTube video by WeGift, talking at length about how great they are, and how Vodafone can access the WeGift portal and change the settings etc, so it is obvious Vodafone can sort this out.
I'd appreciate your help with this as the voucher was the only reason I joined vodafone.
Solved! Go to best answer.

I just want to follow up on this to help others in the same boat.
I contacted both @UK_Awin and @WeGift on Twitter and both contacted me after a while. I also had a reply from Vodafone's affiliates manager. So ultimately the voucher was received and I'm satisfied that the offer was legitimate, and not a scam as I originally feared.
This could all be avoided if the WeGift website were improved. (I understand that's not within Vodafone's remit). Firstly, the site reports that a voucher has been sent to your email, though it clearly hasn't. Secondly, the site has a big red button to press if you can't find the voucher in your spam folder. This button is completely unresponsive, which immediately causes concern and suspicion. There is an on-site form to fill in if you have a problem, but I didn't receive a reply through that channel. I also didn't receive a callback from either of the customer service numbers I found on another thread here (both went to voicemail).
I'm sure this wastes an awful lot of time for all involved, and potentially damages reputation when there was actually no deliberate deception.

In order to be eligible for the Amazon offer you had to sign up via one of the affiliate sites. Did you do that?

Thank you for your reply.
I signed through the Vodafone site. The guy that sold the contract said at first that I wasn't entitled to voucher. He then said that he'd spoken to his manager and they were able to offer the voucher.
I spoke to an advisors from last week in July and all agreed that this happened. I told advisor last week if issue was not resolved in 7 days that I would give my 30 days notice to terminate the contract refusing to pay any early termination charges.
I have an email drafted and fully intend cancelling if by 9am tomorrow there's been no satisfactory conclusion

Hi @Stevie_reilly you’re only eligible for the Amazon vouchers if you sign up online, and fill in your email address after clicking out on the third party site, before landing on our site.
It can take up to 120 days to receive the gift card and you must wait this time before raising this further. If you've not received your giftcard after this time, please follow one of the below escalation routes 👉
If you switched using Uswitch between the 1st of December 2019 and the 27th of February 2020 .Pop you query over to uk-vodafonevouchers@awin.com
If you joined us through Uswitch on or after the 28th of February 2020: Any queries should be sent to rewards@giftcloud.com
If you came to us through Money Super Market, Broadband Choices, Go Compare, Money Saving Expert etc at any time, you can raise any queries to uk-vodafonevouchers@awin.com
I'm sorry if this information's not been provided previously and I'm sure it will be done as soon as you follow the route depending on the site you used to join us 😊

I signed on Vodafone site and was promised the voucher by the advisor that I signed with. I have spoken to and online chatted with advisors from the last week in July, I signed on 4th April. All advisors have agreed that it was one of their agent's on their site that signed me.
I have already emailed one of the 3rd party company you suggested and got no reply.
I am now exasperated and have lost any confidence or trust that I had in the company.
Vodafone have breached their agreement with me and i would argue that they have also breached my consumer rights. Therefore I would argue that the company's escalation policy is now nullified.

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way @Stevie_reilly. It sounds like there's been some confusion over the offer, but I'm sure we'll be able to get everything sorted out for you. As we'll need access to your account to take a closer look into this, please get in touch via one of our social channels and we'll be happy to help.

I have had the same problem. I have not even had the opportunity to choose which gift card I wanted. I wanted the Sainsbury’s one. Vodafone are being rubbish saying it’s not their fault. Complete scam. Absolute joke.

@LMLC You're replying to a stale thread. If you use the search bar you will likely find that your problem has been discussed.

I’ve complained to trading standards as my issue hasn’t been resolved. I consider this to be a scam and Vodafone deserve to be shamed online for this scam.

Trading Standards can't help @LMLC , they are an independent consumer advisory service and don't deal with individual complaints, it CISAS you want to help with this.
It's surprising the affiliate where you arranged the broadband didn't help further, the voucher would have been promised by them.

I don't think it will be CICAS either, as it wasn't Vodafone running the promotion.

But perhaps @LMLC could let us know what happens if they try them.
