Hi, I thought I was cancelling my Broadband account for a particular broadband that I haven't used in a long time several weeks ago, as that's what I requested but as it turns out, I've just gotten an email saying I'm leaving my Landline plan. I didn't ask for this.
The email about this was also sent after I was allowed to ask to stop the plan cancellation, 9:00pm today. My contract expires Thursday 1:00am.
Am I missing something or can this be resolved? I will be chatting with the team at 8:00am tomorrow morning to try to resolve this.

I think your doing the right thing by speaking with Vodafone Customer Support ASAP to ask them to access your accounts to get what's happening clarified.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams have account access via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Thanks. I called them and was able to get a hold of somebody in record time. It turns out I was a little confused and they were a little unclear and they're disconnecting my Landline WITH my old Broadband that I no longer use but I've still got the Mobile and Gigacube plan.
