My home broadband has been cancelled without my permission! Vodafone can someone explain the major incompetency on your side and lack of willingness to rectify the situation. I have spent all day trying to sort this out and now find myself taking out a new contract to compensate for the 15 day waiting period to get the broadband installed today. The worst network provider with service to match!

Oh dear. you will get no (meaningful) response from Vodafone on here.
