Broadband account plan not showing

Since we moved to Vodaphone broadband in the summer our account information is not showing on My Vodaphone online or on the Vodaphone Broadband app. All I can see is an old mobile phone account.

Do you possibly have two accounts?

Yes there is an old mobile phone account showing in the app.
