I have 900/110 broadband which is on the Openreach network,Cityfibre is in my street and I have been trying for months to get my service moved onto this not just for the speed increase to the uploads,but the price reduction.
The problem I have is that when I try to get switched over I spend about an hour chatting to customer service going through all the questions just to find out at the end they have no option to swap onto Cityfibre.
this is so infuriating as the connection to the network is in the footpath junction box at the end of my path.
If you need help I can splice the fibre myself lol.
